Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. You keep full premium access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, the account reverts to the free plan with limited course access.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

DataCamp's policy states all fees are non-refundable. In some auto-renewal dispute cases they have issued a one-time courtesy refund for the most recent charge, but this is discretionary and not guaranteed.

Is my course progress saved after I cancel?

Yes. Your XP, course progress, certificates, and account data are all preserved. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

While your cancelled subscription is still active (within the billing period), go to Account Settings → Subscriptions and click 'Reactivate Subscription'. After expiry, simply purchase a new subscription.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Does cancelling delete my account and data?

Open Account Settings

Click the dropdown arrow next to your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select 'Account Settings'.

Bypass the pause offer
