1

Pay off outstanding balance

Before closing your account, ensure your Divvy corporate card balance is fully paid off. Since Divvy is a charge card, any outstanding balance must be cleared first. Log in at app.divvy.co and navigate to your Budgets or Cards dashboard to confirm $0 balance.

2

Go to the Account Closure page

Navigate directly to https://help.bill.com/direct/s/account-cancellation-request — this is the official BILL Spend & Expense (Divvy) account cancellation request page. You must be an account Administrator to proceed.

3

Submit closure request form

Fill out the account cancellation/closure request form on the page. Provide your company name, account email, and reason for closing. Click 'Submit' to send the request to BILL support.

4

Alternatively, email support

If the form is inaccessible, send an email to spendsupport@hq.bill.com with the subject 'Account Closure Request'. Include your company name, account admin email, and a brief reason. This method is explicitly stated in the Divvy Terms of Service.

5

Await confirmation from BILL support

A BILL support agent will follow up via email to confirm identity and process the closure. Response times are typically 3–10 business days. You may also call 1-855-229-3111 (Mon–Fri 5am–6pm PST) to follow up or expedite.

6

Confirm account closed

Once BILL confirms closure, verify you receive a written confirmation email. Retain this for your records as the account will no longer be accessible.
