Log in at https://app.entelo.com/users/login and export all candidate data, saved searches, and reports using the built-in reporting tools or Rival open API. After termination, account access is revoked immediately and data is deleted within 90 days.

Send written cancellation notice to your Account Manager

Email your assigned Customer Success Manager or Account Manager stating your intent not to renew. If you don't have a direct contact, email support@silkroad.com or use the support portal at https://engagementcenter.silkroad.com.
