Will I still have access after canceling?

Yes. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the renewal date, not immediately.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Frase generally does not offer refunds since all plans require manual sign-up and a free trial is available. However, they have offered a 5-day money-back window for new premium subscribers in some cases. Contact support@frase.io within a few days of your payment to request one.

Will I lose my discounts if I cancel and resubscribe?

Yes. Frase explicitly warns that canceling removes all discounts, coupon codes, and promotions. If you resubscribe, you will pay the standard rate unless a new promotion is available.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

You can resubscribe at any time by going back to Settings → Subscription and selecting a plan. Your previous content and documents should still be accessible if you reactivate before your data is purged.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Frase retains your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reactivate. They also retain data as required by law. To request data deletion, contact their support team at support@frase.io.

What if I don't see a 'Cancel Subscription' button?

Some account types or billing configurations may not show the cancel button in the UI. In that case, email team@frase.io directly and their support team will process the cancellation for you.

Log in to your Frase account

Go to app.frase.io and sign in with your credentials.

Open Settings

Click on your profile icon or navigate to the Settings page from the main navigation.

Go to the Subscription tab

Inside Settings, click on the 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan details and billing options.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll down to find the 'Cancel Subscription' button. If you only want to remove an add-on, click 'Cancel Add-on' instead to keep your base plan active.

Confirm the cancellation

Follow any confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. Note: a warning will appear stating that canceling removes any active discounts, coupon codes, or promotions from your account.
