Log in as an admin
Sign in to your Insightly account at app.insightly.com. Only account admins can cancel a paid subscription — standard users do not have access to billing controls.
Open your profile menu
Click the profile/avatar icon in the top-right corner of the Insightly dashboard to open the account dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing & Account
From the dropdown, select 'Billing & Account'. This opens the billing management section where you can view your current plan, payment details, and cancellation options.
Click 'Cancel Account'
Inside Billing & Account, find and click the 'Cancel Account' option in the left navigation or at the bottom of the billing page.
Submit cancellation request
Click 'Request Account Cancellation'. You will be asked to select a reason for cancelling and provide a phone number. For monthly-billed accounts, cancellation may process immediately. For annual-billed accounts (the current default), a support representative will contact you to complete the cancellation — the process is not fully self-service.
Optional: Request full data deletion
If you also want your data permanently deleted, select 'Please cancel and delete my account', type 'Delete Everything' in the confirmation text box, then click 'Delete Account'. This is irreversible — all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
