Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Kissflow's Terms of Service state that all charges are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months or unused time remaining in your subscription term.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Access to your account stops immediately on the termination date. You must submit a written request within 30 days of cancellation to receive an export of your data. After 30 days, Kissflow may permanently delete all data.

Can I cancel an annual plan before it ends?

Not as a general right. The ToS only permits termination by the customer in the event of a Kissflow material breach (with a 30-day cure period). For practical early cancellation, contact support@kissflow.com and negotiate directly.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Annual plans automatically renew for successive 12-month terms unless you submit written cancellation notice at least 60 days before your current term's end date.

Can I downgrade my plan instead of cancelling?

No. Kissflow's Terms of Service explicitly prohibit downgrading your account during an active subscription term. You must wait until the term ends.

How do I reactivate a cancelled account?

Log in to Kissflow

Go to app.kissflow.com and log in with your account credentials. You must be a Super Admin or Billing Admin to manage subscription settings.

Check your renewal date

Navigate to Account administration → Subscription & billing to find your current term end date. Annual plan customers must submit cancellation at least 60 days before that date or the plan auto-renews for another 12 months.

Open the support chat

Click the '?' icon next to your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the app to open the Kissflow support chat. Alternatively, click the chat bubble icon in the top-right corner.

Request cancellation in chat

In the chat, state that you want to cancel your subscription and provide your workspace/account name. Ask for a written confirmation of the cancellation request with a timestamp.

Send a cancellation email (recommended)

Also send a cancellation request email to support@kissflow.com with your account name and the explicit statement that you wish to cancel. Email creates a timestamped record that satisfies the written notice requirement.

Await confirmation

Support response can take up to 24 business hours. Wait for a written confirmation acknowledging your cancellation request and the effective termination date.

Export your data

Before the termination date, export all workflows, data, and files you need. After cancellation, you have only 30 days to submit a written request to receive your data — after that Kissflow may permanently delete it.
