Log in to MarketMuse

Go to app.marketmuse.com and sign in with your account credentials. Note: only users with Admin privileges can manage or cancel subscriptions for team accounts.

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar to open your account Settings.

Go to the Subscription tab

Inside Settings, click the 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan, billing details, and add-ons.

Downgrade to Free (self-service option)

To stop being charged without contacting support, select the Free plan option to downgrade. You will retain access to Free tier features (1 seat, 10 queries/month) and will not be billed further. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Request full account deletion via live chat (if desired)

If you want your account fully closed rather than downgraded to Free, click the '?' icon in the upper-right corner of the app, then select 'Real-time support with an agent' to open live chat. Request complete account cancellation from the agent.

Alternatively, email support

If live chat is unavailable, email support@marketmuse.com to request full account cancellation. Include your account email and confirm you want the account closed, not just downgraded.
