Log in to Qwilr

Go to qwilr.com and log in to your account. You must be logged in as an Account Admin — only admins can access subscription settings.

Open Account Settings

Click your initials in the top-right corner of the Qwilr dashboard to open the user menu, then select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Subscription

In the left-hand sidebar of Account Settings, click 'Subscription' to open your billing and plan details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation

Qwilr will prompt you to confirm. Click 'Yes, Cancel' to complete the cancellation. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after.
