Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Tango does not issue refunds once a billing cycle has started, for either monthly or annual plans. You retain access through the end of your current paid period. For exceptional circumstances, contact support@tango.us, but the no-refund policy is firm.

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the Free tier, which limits you to 15 shared workflows. Older workflows become inaccessible but are not deleted.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Go to Billing > Manage subscription and click 'Renew plan' (you will be asked to confirm by clicking it a second time). No need to contact support.

What happens to my Tangos (workflows) if I cancel?

All your Tangos remain stored securely. On the Free tier you can access up to 15 shared workflows; content beyond that limit becomes inaccessible but is not deleted. You can regain full access by resubscribing.

Does cancelling one workspace affect my other workspaces?

No. Each workspace is billed independently. Cancelling the Pro plan on one workspace has no effect on other workspaces you belong to.

How do I permanently delete my Tango account?

Account deletion is not available through the self-service UI. Email support@tango.ai to request deletion. The action is irreversible, so export any content you need beforehand.

Log in to your workspace

Go to app.tango.us and log in. If you have multiple workspaces, click the Workspace toggle in the top-left corner and select the workspace whose Pro subscription you want to cancel — each workspace is billed separately.

Open Settings & Members

In the left sidebar, click 'Settings & members'.

Go to Billing

Inside Settings, click 'Billing' in the settings menu.

Click Manage subscription

On the Billing page, click the 'Manage subscription' button.

Click Cancel plan

Click the 'Cancel plan' button. A brief message — 'We're sad to see you go. Please let us know what we can do better!' — will appear. No discount or retention offer is presented.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Cancel plan' a second time to confirm. The cancellation is now complete — no chat or phone call is required.
