Check your contract end date

Once accepted, the agent will set your disconnection date 30 days from the call. Confirm the exact disconnection date and ask for a cancellation reference number. Request a confirmation email or letter be sent to your registered address.

Pay your closing bill

Virgin Media will issue a final bill covering charges up to your disconnection date, plus any early termination fee if applicable.
