Log in as Account Owner

Sign in to your Wistia account at wistia.com. Only the Account Owner has permission to cancel — managers or team members cannot perform this action.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Wistia dashboard, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Cancel page

In the left-hand side menu of your account settings, click 'Cancel'.

Choose cancellation timing

Select whether you want to cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle. Choosing end-of-cycle lets you use the service through the period you already paid for.

Click 'Continue to Cancel'

After selecting your cancellation timing, click the 'Continue to Cancel' button to proceed to the confirmation step.

Provide optional feedback

Wistia may prompt you to share a reason for cancelling. This step is optional.

Confirm with 'Cancel Plan'

Click the 'Cancel Plan' button to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
