Open Admin Center

Log in to your Zendesk account. Click the four-square grid icon (Admin Center) in the left sidebar, or navigate to your Zendesk subdomain followed by /admin.

Go to Billing > Subscription

In the Admin Center sidebar, click 'Account', then select 'Billing' and choose 'Subscription' from the submenu.

Open cancellation options

For newer accounts: click the 'Manage' button on the Subscription page. For legacy accounts: scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click 'Cancellations'.

Select 'Remove products or cancel account'

On the Manage subscription page, scroll to the bottom and click 'Remove products or cancel account'. To cancel the entire account (not just a product), click 'Cancel account' at the bottom of this page.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear warning that you will lose access to all data. Click 'Cancel account' again to confirm. Note: this button appears twice — once to initiate and once to confirm.

Complete the cancellation survey

Select a reason for cancellation from the survey options and submit. This is required to finalize the cancellation. The account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
