Open Admin Center
Log in to your Zendesk account and navigate to the Admin Center. Click the four-square grid icon (Admin Center) in the top navigation bar of your Zendesk dashboard.
Go to Billing > Subscription
In the Admin Center left sidebar, click 'Account', then select 'Billing' and choose 'Subscription' from the submenu.
Click 'Manage'
On the Subscription page, click the 'Manage' button to open the subscription management view. (Legacy accounts: instead click the 'Cancellations' link at the very bottom of the Subscription page, then skip to step 5.)
Select 'Remove products or cancel account'
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage subscription page and click 'Remove products or cancel account'.
Select products to cancel
A list of cancellable products appears. Click 'Remove' next to each product you want to cancel (e.g. Support). Selected products appear in the Cancellation summary panel on the right. When done, click 'Continue'.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation message appears showing the date the cancellation takes effect (end of current billing cycle). Click 'Cancel account' to confirm.
Complete the exit survey
A cancellation survey appears. Select your reason for leaving from the options provided, then submit to finalize the cancellation.
