Can I still access my passwords after canceling?

Yes. Your account stays fully active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is frozen — you can still sign in to 1Password.com or the apps to view and export your data, but you cannot add or edit items. Your data is preserved if you decide to reactivate later.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Sign in to 1Password.com

Open your browser and go to 1Password.com. Click 'Sign In' and enter your email address, Master Password, and Secret Key to access your account.

Open Billing settings

In the left sidebar of your account dashboard, click 'Billing'. This takes you directly to your subscription and payment details. If you don't see a Billing option, your subscription may be managed through Apple or Google (see FAQ).

Scroll to find Cancel subscription

On the Billing page, scroll down past your plan details and payment method. Locate the 'Cancel subscription' button near the bottom of the page.

Export your data (recommended)
