Dial the Airtel USSD code
On your Airtel Nigeria line, open your phone dialer and dial *121# then press the call button. This launches the Airtel self-service menu.
Select 'Manage My Account'
From the USSD menu, select the option labelled 'Manage My Account' or 'Stop Services' by typing the corresponding number and pressing Send/OK.
Choose 'My Subscriptions'
Select 'My Subscriptions' (or 'Opt-Out from services') from the sub-menu to view all active recurring subscriptions on your line.
Select the subscription to cancel
A list of active subscriptions will appear. Type the number corresponding to the subscription you wish to cancel and press Send/OK.
Disable auto-renewal or confirm cancellation
Select 'Stop Auto Renewal' or 'Cancel Subscription' from the options shown, then confirm when prompted. You will receive an SMS confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled.
Alternative: send SMS to stop
If the USSD flow does not show a specific subscription, you can text STOP to 312 (for data bundles) or STOP to 141 (to cancel daily auto-renewal). For third-party promotional services, text STOP to 2442 to activate Do Not Disturb.
