Can I still access my data after cancelling?

Yes. Breezy retains your data for one year after cancellation. If you restart your subscription within that year, you regain full access. If you request immediate data deletion at the time of cancellation, the data cannot be recovered.

Are refunds available after cancellation?

Breezy HR has been known to issue partial prorated refunds, deducting for days already used since the last billing cycle. Refund eligibility is not guaranteed and should be confirmed with Breezy HR support at support@breezy.hr.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate within one year of cancellation and regain access to all your previous data. After one year of inactivity, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What happens if I downgrade to the free Bootstrap plan instead of cancelling?

On the Bootstrap plan you keep access to one active position at a time and can view candidate data added within the last 30 days. Older candidate data becomes inaccessible but is not deleted — upgrading back to a paid plan restores it.

Who can cancel a Breezy HR subscription?

Only a Company Admin has permission to access Subscriptions & Billing and cancel or change the plan. Regular users and recruiters do not have this access.

Will I be charged after cancelling?

Log in to Breezy HR

Go to app.breezy.hr and sign in with your Company Admin account. Only Company Admins have permission to manage billing and cancel the subscription.

Open Company Settings

Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the bottom-left sidebar to open Settings, then select 'Company Settings' from the menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions & Billing

In the left sidebar of Company Settings, click 'Subscriptions & Billing'. This section manages your current plan, payment methods, and billing history.

View your current plan

On the Subscriptions & Billing page, review your active plan (Startup, Growth, or Business). Locate the option to change or cancel your plan.

Select 'Change Plan' or 'Cancel Subscription'

Click 'Change Plan' to downgrade to the free Bootstrap plan (recommended if you want to retain recent data access), or click 'Cancel Subscription' to fully terminate the account.

Confirm the cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision. If downgrading to Bootstrap, you will retain access to candidate data added within the last 30 days. If fully cancelling, your data is retained for one year before permanent deletion unless you request immediate deletion.
