Sign in as the account admin
Go to coursera.org and sign in using the administrator account credentials for your Coursera for Business (Teams) plan.
Open the Admin dashboard
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Admin" from the dropdown menu to enter the Coursera for Business admin portal.
Navigate to Billing & Subscription settings
In the left-hand sidebar of the admin dashboard, click "Settings", then select the "Billing" or "Subscription" tab to view your active plan details, renewal date, and payment method.
Locate your active plan
Find the active Coursera for Business (Teams) plan listed under your subscription details. Review the next renewal date and number of licensed seats before proceeding.
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Click the "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Plan" button next to your active plan. If you see "Manage Subscription" first, click that to expand options, then select "Cancel Subscription".
Select a cancellation reason
Coursera will prompt you to select a reason for canceling from a dropdown list (e.g., "Too expensive", "Not enough usage", "Switching to another platform"). Choose the closest reason and click "Continue".
Review access end date and confirm
A confirmation screen will display the date your team's access will end (the last day of the current billing period). Click "Confirm Cancellation" to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email at the admin address on file.
Enterprise plans: contact your account manager
If your organization is on a custom enterprise contract (typically 125+ users or multi-year deal), self-service cancellation is not available. Contact your Coursera account manager directly or reach Coursera Business support via the Help Center at coursera.support to initiate cancellation per your contract terms.
