Log in and open profile menu

Go to fiverr.com and log in to your Fiverr Business (Fiverr Pro) account. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.

Open Administration panel

In the dropdown menu, click 'Administration'. This opens your Business admin panel, which shows options including 'Account plan', 'Billing and payments', 'Policies', 'Account members', and 'Business details'.

Go to Account plan

Inside the Administration panel, click on 'Account plan' to see your current active plan and its details.

Click View plans

On the Account plan page, click the 'View plans' button to open the plan comparison/selection screen.

Switch to the free Fiverr plan

In the plans table, locate the free Fiverr plan column and click the 'Switch' button beneath it. This initiates the downgrade/cancellation of your paid Fiverr Business (Fiverr Pro) subscription.

Confirm cancellation
