Can I get a refund if I cancel before my billing period ends?

No. Freshworks Terms of Service state that fees paid are non-refundable and payment obligations are non-cancelable. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle with no pro-rata refund.

How long do I have access after cancelling?

Your account and data remain active until the last day of your current billing cycle (the date shown on the cancellation confirmation screen). After that, everything is deleted.

Can I reactivate my account after cancellation?

Yes, but only within 15 days of cancellation. After 15 days, your account domain becomes publicly available and all data is permanently deleted with no recovery option.

Can I downgrade to a free plan instead of fully cancelling?

What happens to purchased phone numbers when I cancel?

Any phone numbers purchased through Freshsales become available to other users after 30 days from the cancellation date.

Log in as Account Admin

Log in to your Freshsales account. Only Account Admins can cancel — non-admin users will not see the billing or cancellation options.

Export your data (recommended)

Before cancelling, go to Admin Settings > Account Settings > Account and click 'Export Data'. You will receive an email with a ZIP archive of all your data. Authenticate with your Freshsales credentials to download it.

Open Plans and Billing

Navigate to Settings > Plans and Billing in the left sidebar or admin panel.

Click Manage Subscription

On the Plans and Billing page, click the 'Manage Subscription' button. A new window will open — make sure pop-up blockers are disabled.

Click Cancel your Subscription

In the subscription management window, click 'Cancel your Subscription'.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm Cancellation' to raise the cancellation request. The screen will display the date (end of current billing cycle) when your subscription and account data will be deleted.
