Log in to your Groove account
Go to your Groove subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.groovehq.com) and sign in as the account owner. Only the account owner can initiate cancellation.
Navigate to Settings → Billing
Click on the gear icon or your profile avatar in the top navigation, then select 'Settings'. Go to the 'Billing' section to review your current plan and billing details before contacting support.
Export your data (optional but recommended)
Before canceling, go to Settings and use the 'Export Your Groove Conversations' option to download all your conversation data, knowledge base articles, and invoices.
Contact Groove support to request cancellation
Send an email to support@groovehq.com with your cancellation request. Include your account subdomain and whether you want the account closed immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
Confirm cancellation details in the reply
Groove's support team will respond to confirm the cancellation. Specify in your email if you want: (a) access until billing period ends, or (b) immediate account closure. You can also request a data retention plan if you need to keep your data after closure.
