Log in to Polsat Box Go

Go to polsatboxgo.pl and log in to your account using your email and password.

Open 'Moje dostępy'

After logging in, navigate to the 'Moje dostępy' (My Access) section from your account menu. This lists all your active subscriptions and packages.

Find the Plus package

Locate the 'Polsat Box Go Plus' package in the list of active subscriptions.

Click 'Zrezygnuj'

Click the 'Zrezygnuj' (Cancel/Resign) button next to the Plus package. Note: if your subscription was purchased through an operator such as Plus or T-Mobile, instructions will appear directing you to contact that provider instead — cancellation through the Polsat Box Go website will not be available in that case.

Confirm cancellation
