No. Revolut only allows plan changes — including downgrades — through the mobile app. There is no web-based cancellation option.

Will I get a refund when I cancel Ultra?

Only if you cancel within 14 days of subscribing (the cooling-off period). You'll receive a full refund, minus the £50 Ultra Card fee (or local equivalent) and any card delivery charges. After 14 days, no monetary refund is issued. Monthly subscribers within the first 6 months also owe one additional month as a break fee.

To fully close your account, go to Profile > Help > Chat with us in the app and request account closure. Alternatively, you can write to Revolut at 30 South Colonnade, London, E14 5HX, UK.
