Log in to your Storytel account

Go to www.storytel.com/pl and click 'Zaloguj' (Log in) in the top-right corner. Enter your email and password to sign in.

Open My Pages

After logging in, click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner, then select 'Moje strony' (My Pages) from the dropdown menu.

Go to My Account

In the My Pages section, click 'Moje konto' (My Account) to open your account settings and subscription details.

Locate your subscription

Scroll to the subscription or payment section. Check under 'Płatności' (Payments) to confirm your subscription was started via the website (card payment). If it shows 'Apple_IAS', you must cancel through the App Store instead.

Click Manage and then Cancel

Click 'Zarządzaj' (Manage) next to your active subscription. On the next screen scroll down and click 'Anuluj subskrypcję' (Cancel subscription). If you do not see this option, your subscription may already be set to cancel and will not renew.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click 'Potwierdź anulowanie' (Confirm cancellation) to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email — save it as proof.
