Go to play.teleporthq.io and log in to your account using your credentials.

Open Workspace Settings

Click on your workspace name or avatar in the top-left corner to open the workspace menu, then select 'Settings'.

Go to the Plans tab

Inside Workspace Settings, click on the 'Plans' tab in the left-hand navigation to view your current subscription and available plans.

Click 'Downgrade to free'

In the Free plan card, click the 'Downgrade to free' button. This initiates the cancellation flow for your paid subscription.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation popup will appear asking you to verify your decision. Click the 'Cancel subscription' button in the popup to complete the cancellation.
