Open the Tapo App
Launch the Tapo app on your mobile device and tap 'Me' (located in the bottom-right or top-left corner depending on your app version).
Go to Tapo Care
Tap 'Tapo Care' from the Me menu. The app will identify your payment method and direct you to the appropriate cancellation flow.
Cancel via App Store (iOS only)
If you paid through Apple: go to iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > find 'Tapo Care' > tap 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm.
Cancel via Google Play (Android only)
If you paid through Google: open the Google Play Store > tap your Profile icon (top right) > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find 'Tapo Care' > tap 'Cancel subscription' and confirm. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account used to purchase.
Cancel via Web Portal (PayPal or card)
If you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal: visit tapo.tplinkcloud.com/tapo_web, log in with your TP-Link ID, navigate to your subscription, and select the cancellation option.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt. You will retain access to Tapo Care features until the end of your current paid billing period.
