Review your subscription terms

Log in to your Firebolt Workspace at go.firebolt.io and check your current subscription type. Firebolt subscriptions auto-renew annually — written notice of non-renewal must be given at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another term.

Export your data

Before canceling, export any data you need. After termination, Firebolt allows a 30-day window to request account access and download your data. After that window, all stored data may be permanently deleted.

Send written cancellation notice to Firebolt

Request account/data deletion (optional)

To have your Firebolt account fully deleted, send a separate email to hello@firebolt.io requesting account deletion. For data privacy or GDPR-related deletion requests, contact privacy@firebolt.io.

Await confirmation

Wait for a confirmation reply from Firebolt's support team acknowledging your cancellation. Keep this email as proof of your written notice. Confirm that no further charges will appear on your AWS Marketplace bill.
