How to Cancel Pusher (2026)

Log in to Pusher Dashboard
Go to https://dashboard.pusher.com and sign in with your email and password.
Open Account menu
Click on the 'Account' menu located in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Go to Channels Billing (or Beams Billing)
From the dropdown, select 'Channels Billing' if you have a Channels subscription, or 'Beams Billing' if you have a Beams (push notifications) subscription. This opens the plan management page.
Click the Downgrade button
On the billing page, locate the Free plan (or any lower-tier plan you want to move to) and click the 'Downgrade' button next to it. For Beams, select the plan you wish to downgrade to from the plan list.
Confirm the downgrade
Confirm your selection when prompted. A banner will appear in the dashboard showing the date your downgrade will take effect (at the end of your current billing period). Your plan continues until then.
(Optional) Delete your account entirely
If you want to fully close your Pusher account (not just downgrade), go to Account menu → 'Account', scroll to the very bottom of the page, and click the 'Delete account' button. You will be asked to enter your password to confirm. Warning: this is permanent and cannot be undone.
