Do I lose access immediately when I cancel?

No. Premium features remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. Your profile, matches, and messages are all kept.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Generally no — Bumble's policy is non-refundable. Exceptions: US residents in certain states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, IL, IA, MN, NY, NC, OH, RI, WI) may get a full refund within 3 business days of subscribing. EU/UK users may request a refund of the unused portion within 14 days of the subscription start date. Renewals are never refundable. Canceling alone is not enough — you must separately contact support to request the refund.

Will my matches disappear after I cancel?

No. Matches and messages remain accessible on the free tier. They only disappear if you permanently delete your Bumble account.

How do I delete my account and data?

Cancel your subscription first, then go to Settings > Delete Account inside the Bumble app. After deletion you have a 28-day window to contact Bumble support to reactivate. After 28 days the account is permanently gone. For immediate data erasure, submit a separate Data Erasure Request through Bumble support — this takes up to 30 days.

Can I cancel on a different platform than where I subscribed?

No. iOS App Store subscribers must cancel through Apple Settings; Google Play subscribers through the Play Store. You cannot cancel an App Store subscription from within Bumble's website or vice versa.

What if I'm still being charged after canceling?

Verify you canceled on the correct platform (App Store, Google Play, or Bumble web). If charges continue, contact Apple Support or Google Play support for store-billed subscriptions, or Bumble support at support.bumble.com for direct billing issues.

Identify your payment platform

Determine where you subscribed: iOS App Store, Google Play, or Bumble's website directly. Cancellation must happen on the same platform you used to subscribe. Deleting the app does NOT cancel the subscription.

iOS: Open Settings and tap your Apple ID

On iPhone, open the Settings app (grey gear icon), then tap your Apple ID name at the very top of the screen.

iOS: Tap Subscriptions and find Bumble

Tap 'Subscriptions' (or go to 'Media & Purchases' > 'Subscriptions'). Find Bumble in the active subscriptions list and tap it.

iOS: Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

Tap the red 'Cancel Subscription' button and confirm when prompted. For Android: open Google Play Store > tap your profile picture > 'Payments & subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions' > Bumble > 'Cancel subscription', select a reason, and confirm.

Web: Log in and open profile menu

If you subscribed via Bumble's website, log in at bumble.com in a browser, then click your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Manage your Boost' or 'Manage your Premium' depending on which subscription you have.

Web: Click 'Unsubscribe' and confirm

On the subscription summary screen, click 'Unsubscribe' and follow the confirmation prompts. Note: the button may be labeled 'Manage your subscription' rather than Cancel — proceed through it to find the actual cancel option.
