Log in as Account Owner
Go to app.copper.com and sign in. Only the Account Owner can cancel — admins and regular users do not have access to billing cancellation.
Open Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Copper interface to open Settings.
Navigate to Billing
In the Settings menu, click on 'Billing' to open your subscription and billing details.
Click 'Request Cancellation'
On the Billing page, locate and click the 'Request Cancellation' button listed under your plan details.
Complete the cancellation survey
Follow the on-screen prompts, which include a feedback/reason survey explaining why you are cancelling.
Export your data
Before cancellation takes effect, go to Settings and use the built-in data export feature to download your contacts, deals, and activity data. You have 30 days post-cancellation to retrieve data.
Check for confirmation email
A confirmation email is sent once the cancellation request is processed. Cancellation is scheduled for the next renewal date, not immediate. Allow up to 24 hours for the billing team to process it.
