No. Your Vimeo Business features remain active until the end of your current billing period (the renewal date shown in Billing Settings). You are not cut off immediately.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans and within 3 days for monthly plans, provided Vimeo's eligibility criteria are met. Add-on seat purchases are non-refundable, and partial/pro-rated refunds are not offered. Request a refund via the Vimeo Help Center.

What happens to my videos and data after cancellation?

Log in to your Vimeo account

Go to vimeo.com and sign in with your Vimeo Business account credentials.

Open account Settings

Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the screen, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

In the left-hand sidebar of your Settings page, click on the 'Billing' tab.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Under the 'Membership plan' section, click the 'Cancel subscription' link in the lower-right area of that section.

Decline the Pause offer

Vimeo presents a retention screen offering to 'Pause' your subscription (temporarily halt auto-renewal) instead of fully cancelling. Select 'No thanks, I want to cancel' to proceed with full cancellation.

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason for cancelling from the provided list (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Not using it enough', etc.) and click 'Continue'.

Confirm cancellation

On the final confirmation screen, click 'Confirm cancellation' (or 'Cancel subscription') to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email from Vimeo.
