1

Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, review your Airbase/Paylocity subscription agreement to find the notice period required for non-renewal (typically 30–60 days before the renewal date). Airbase contracts auto-renew unless written notice is provided in advance.

2

Contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager

Reach out directly to the Airbase/Paylocity account executive or customer success manager assigned to your account. If you don't have their contact, email Paylocity client support at service@paylocity.com or call 888-873-8205 and ask to be connected with your account team.

3

Submit written notice of non-renewal

Send a formal written cancellation or non-renewal notice via email to your account manager. Include your company name, customer account number, the contract/order number you wish to terminate, and the desired end date. Reference the termination clause in your subscription agreement.

4

Confirm cancellation acknowledgment

Request a written confirmation from your Airbase/Paylocity representative acknowledging receipt of your cancellation notice and confirming the contract end date. Keep this confirmation for your records.

5

Export your data before access ends

Log in to the Airbase dashboard at dashboard.airbase.io, and export all relevant financial data, reports, transaction history, and vendor records before your account is deactivated. Navigate to Settings or Reports to download data exports.

6

Transition outstanding payments and cards

Before the contract end date, ensure all outstanding bills are processed, virtual cards are deactivated or transferred, and any pending reimbursements are completed. Work with your finance team to transition AP workflows to an alternative system.
