How to Cancel ALDImobile (2026)

Log in to My ALDImobile account
Go to my.aldimobile.com.au and sign in with your email address and password. Alternatively, open the ALDImobile app on your phone.
Select your service number
On the account dashboard, click or tap the service number you want to stop billing for.
Locate the Auto Recharge slider
On the service menu screen, scroll to the plan and usage details section. Find the 'Auto Recharge' slider toggle.
Turn Auto Recharge Off
Move the 'Auto Recharge' slider from 'On' to 'Off'. Confirm the change when prompted. Your current plan will continue until its expiry date but will not automatically renew or charge your card again.
(Optional) Port your number to a new carrier
If you want to keep your phone number and move to another provider, contact your new carrier — not ALDImobile — and provide your mobile number and date of birth. Do NOT manually cancel your service first; the porting process cancels it automatically. All remaining credit is forfeited upon port-out.
(Family Plan owners only) Remove all members then close plan
Log in and go to the Family Plan dashboard. Remove each User individually using the 'Remove' option next to each member. Once all Users are removed, the option to remove yourself as Owner becomes available — select it to fully cancel the Family Plan.
