Log in to My Boost Account
Go to myaccount.boost.com.au or open the My Boost Mobile app (iOS/Android). Sign in with your Boost ID (email) and password.
Cancel Auto-Recharge (if enabled)
Navigate to the 'Payments' tab and select 'Auto Recharge'. Toggle it off or select 'Cancel Auto Recharge'. Note: this can only be done if your next scheduled recharge is more than 48 hours away — if it's within 48 hours, you will still be charged for that final cycle.
Let plan expire or contact support to close account
If you only want to stop service, simply do not recharge when your plan expires — service ends automatically. For a formal account closure, proceed to the next step.
Open chat support
On boost.com.au, click the chat icon (bottom right) to start a web chat, or use in-app messaging in the My Boost Mobile app. Support is available 7am–11pm AEST, 7 days a week.
Request account cancellation
Tell the agent: 'I want to cancel my Boost Mobile service and close my account.' Have ready: your Boost Mobile phone number, the email address on your account (Boost ID), and identity verification details (name and date of birth).
Confirm cancellation
The support agent will process the cancellation. Confirm the effective date and ask for a cancellation confirmation reference number or email for your records.
