1

Locate your contract end date

Check your original Order Form or subscription confirmation email for the exact subscription term end date. CyberArk subscriptions are annual or multi-year contracts — you must initiate non-renewal 60–90 days before this date (enterprise procurement advisors recommend 120–150 days for negotiation leverage).

2

Contact your Account Executive

Email your named CyberArk Account Executive (assigned at contract signing) or reach them via the CyberArk Community Services Hub at https://community.cyberark.com/s/services-hub. State your intent to cancel / not renew. If you don't know your AE, use the general contact form at https://www.cyberark.com/contact/ or call (844) 537-7700.

3

Submit written notice of non-renewal

Send a formal written notice of non-renewal via email to your Account Executive or by opening a case in the Community Services Hub portal. CyberArk's SaaS Terms of Service require written notice — verbal confirmation is not sufficient. Keep a copy of the sent notice and timestamp.

4

Request written confirmation

Reply to or follow up with your Account Executive requesting written confirmation that your subscription will not auto-renew and the exact date access ends. Do not assume cancellation is confirmed until you have this in writing.

5

Export your data before the term ends

Use CyberArk's REST APIs, the platform's reporting section, or the Get Sessions API to export all Customer Data before your subscription end date. CyberArk deletes all customer data (including backups) no later than 60 days after termination — after that, data is unrecoverable.

6

Confirm account deactivation

On or after your contract end date, verify that your CyberArk SaaS account has been deactivated. If billing continues or access persists unexpectedly, contact the Renewals Team immediately via the Services Hub or your Account Executive.
