Insight Timer's general policy is that all subscription charges are non-refundable with no prorated refunds. Narrow exceptions exist: Google Play refunds are automatic within 2 hours of purchase, or requestable within 48 hours via Google Play or help@insighttimer.com. Apple purchases can be disputed via reportaproblem.apple.com. Website purchases may be refunded within 48 hours by contacting help@insighttimer.com with your transaction ID.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the Insight Timer app or your account does not cancel your subscription — you will continue to be charged. You must cancel through the Insight Timer website under 'My Subscriptions', or through your device's subscription manager (iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions).

Will my data be saved if I cancel and resubscribe later?

Yes. All your saved data — favorites, listening history, bookmarks, progress, and preferences — is preserved after cancellation and restored automatically if you resubscribe.
