Do I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. The exact expiry date is shown on the Plan Details card in your account.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Krisp's official policy states all fees are non-refundable. However, some users have successfully requested refunds by contacting support@krisp.ai, especially for unexpected auto-renewal charges. You can also dispute the charge with your bank or PayPal as a last resort.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. Your account reverts to the Free plan (60 minutes of noise cancellation per day, 2 Meeting Notes per day). You can resubscribe anytime from the Billing section in Settings.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your account and data are retained on the Free tier — nothing is deleted automatically upon cancellation. If you want your data deleted, you must contact Krisp support directly at support@krisp.ai.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

Subscriptions made via Apple must be cancelled through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Krisp → Cancel Subscription. For Android, go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Krisp → Cancel Subscription.

How far in advance do I need to cancel to avoid being charged for another year?

Individual plans can be cancelled anytime self-serve with no advance notice required. Business/enterprise contracts under Krisp's Master Subscription Agreement require 30 days' written notice before the renewal date to prevent auto-renewal.

Log in to Krisp

Go to krisp.ai and sign in to your account.

Open Settings

Click on your profile icon or navigate to 'Settings' in the dashboard.

Go to Billing

In Settings, click the 'Billing' tab to open your billing and plan details.

Click Manage Subscription

On the 'Plan Details' card, click the 'Manage Subscription' button.

Click Downgrade

Click the 'Downgrade' button under your current paid plan. Krisp uses 'Downgrade' rather than 'Cancel' in their UI.

Complete cancellation prompts

Follow any on-screen prompts — you may be asked for a cancellation reason. A discount offer (up to 30–70% off) may be shown at this stage; dismiss it if you wish to proceed.

Confirm and check email

Confirm the downgrade. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. The Plan Details card will display the exact date your paid features expire.
