Go to EA membership management
Visit https://www.ea.com/manage-membership in your browser. Sign in with your EA account credentials if prompted.
Access your subscription
On the Manage Membership page, locate your EA Play subscription. Click the 'Manage' button next to it. You may be redirected to myaccount.ea.com/subscription/index.
Click 'Cancel membership'
Scroll to the bottom of the subscription details page and click the 'Cancel membership' link or button.
Navigate retention prompts
EA may present a retention screen highlighting benefits you'll lose (member discounts, free games, early access trials). Click 'Continue to cancel' or 'I still want to cancel' to proceed past any offers.
Confirm cancellation
On the final confirmation screen, click 'Confirm cancellation'. EA will send a confirmation email to your registered address. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
