How long does access last after I cancel?

Your membership stays active through the end of the full month following the month SATS receives your cancellation notice. For example, if you cancel in January, access continues through the end of February.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Prepaid memberships are generally non-refundable. A full refund is available within 14 days of signing up via the withdrawal form (ångerrätt), provided the membership has not been used. Early termination due to health reasons may also qualify for a partial refund of the prepaid portion.

Can I cancel if I'm still in my binding period?

Normally no — standard memberships require at least 12 monthly payments before cancellation. Exceptions are made for relocation to a location at least 30 km from any SATS facility, medical reasons that prevent training, or a work/study placement requiring extended absence. Documentation is required.

How do I reactivate my membership?

If you rejoin within 45 days of your membership ending, you can sign up again via 'Bli medlem' (Become a member) on sats.se without paying a new registration fee. After 45 days, the standard sign-up process with registration fee applies.

Can I undo a cancellation?

Yes, during the notice period you can undo the cancellation via the 'Ångra uppsägningen' (Undo the cancellation) link on your account dashboard under Mina sidor.

Can I freeze my membership instead of cancelling?

Yes. Standard members can freeze for 1–2 months at 99 SEK/month via Mina sidor. Premium/Platinum Rewards members receive one free freeze month per year. Freezes for health or military service are free with documentation.

Go to sats.se and click 'Logga in' (Log in) in the top right corner. Enter your email and password to access your account.

Open Mina sidor

After logging in, navigate to 'Mina sidor' (My Pages) in your account dashboard.

Select Ändra medlemskap

Click 'Ändra medlemskap' (Change Membership) to access membership management options.

Initiate cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to select membership cancellation. Note: if your membership is currently frozen, you must unfreeze it first before cancellation becomes available.

Decline retention offer

SATS may present a discount or reduced-rate offer to retain you. Decline if you wish to proceed with cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation request. SATS will send a written confirmation by email. Keep this confirmation as proof of cancellation.
