1

Check your procurement channel

Determine whether you purchased SentinelOne directly or through a reseller/partner (e.g., CDW, Carahsoft, Sherweb, ConnectWise). If purchased via a reseller, the non-renewal notice must go through them, not SentinelOne directly.

2

Review your contract terms

Check your subscription end date in your contract or order form. SentinelOne subscriptions are annual and auto-renew — you must provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of your current term. Visit https://www.sentinelone.com/legal/master-subscription-agreement/ to review governing terms.

3

Contact your Account Manager

For direct customers, contact your named SentinelOne Account Manager to initiate the non-renewal or cancellation process. If you don't know who your Account Manager is, go to https://www.sentinelone.com/contact/ and select 'Current Customer' from the inquiry type dropdown.

4

Submit a support ticket for documentation

Visit https://www.sentinelone.com/global-services/get-support-now/ or email support@sentinelone.com to formally document your cancellation intent. Alternatively, for contract/legal notices, email legal.notices@sentinelone.com. Keep a record of confirmation.

5

Send formal written non-renewal notice

Send written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before your subscription term ends. Email is acceptable (effective on confirmed receipt). Written notice must explicitly state you are not renewing for the next subscription term.

6

Uninstall agents after termination

Per the Master Subscription Agreement, you are required to uninstall all SentinelOne agents from your endpoints within 30 days of the subscription termination date.
