Can I get a refund when I cancel?

XMind offers a 7-day money-back guarantee only for annual Pro plan purchases made directly through the XMind website. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions are non-refundable. Sign in to XMind

Go to xmind.app and sign in to your XMind account with your email and password.

Open My Works settings

In the left sidebar, locate 'My Works' (your personal space). Click the 'Settings' icon or option next to 'My Works'.

Navigate to Billing

In the Settings popup/panel, click on 'Billing'. This opens the Current Plan page showing your active subscription details.

Click Cancel

On the Current Plan page, click the 'Cancel' button to initiate subscription cancellation. Alternatively, some account views show a 'Manage' button followed by a 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' option.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period — no immediate loss of access.
