Sign in to My BMW

Go to mygarage.bmwusa.com and sign in with your BMW ID (email and password). If you don't have a BMW ID, you'll need to register first using the email associated with your ConnectedDrive account.

Select your vehicle

From the 'My Garage' dashboard, click on the vehicle tile whose ConnectedDrive subscription you want to cancel. This opens your vehicle's detail page.

Open the ConnectedDrive Store

Click the 'ConnectedDrive Store' button or navigate to 'My Subscriptions' from the vehicle detail page. This shows all active and past subscriptions tied to that vehicle.

Find the active subscription

Locate the subscription you wish to cancel (e.g., 'BMW Digital Premium', 'Remote Services', or another named plan). Click on it to expand its details.

Turn off Auto-Renewal

Click the 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' or 'Manage Subscription' button shown next to the active plan. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The service continues until the end of the current paid period.

Confirm cancellation via email

Check your inbox for a BMW confirmation email. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, contact BMW Assist Customer Care at 1-888-333-6118 or customercare@bmwassist.com to confirm the cancellation was recorded.
