Launch the Noom app on your smartphone and make sure you are logged in.

Request cancellation or contact support
If there is no direct cancel option, tap 'Contact Support' or email support@noom.com to request cancellation. State clearly that you want to cancel and include your registered email.

Noom support typically responds within 24-48 hours. Reply to confirm your cancellation and ask for a written confirmation email with your cancellation date.
