Log in to Vimeo

Go to vimeo.com and log in to the account that holds the Livestream subscription.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu, then select 'Settings'.

Go to Billing

In the left-hand sidebar of the Settings page, click 'Billing'. This opens your billing and membership details.

View Membership Plan

On the Billing page, locate the 'Membership plan' section which shows your current Vimeo plan (e.g., Premium or Enterprise with Livestream features).

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the lower-right area of the Membership plan section and click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button.

Answer the exit survey (if prompted)

Vimeo may display a retention screen asking why you are canceling and potentially offer a discount or downgrade option to keep you. Select your reason and proceed past any offers by clicking 'Continue to cancel' or similar.

Confirm cancellation

On the confirmation screen, click 'Confirm cancellation' (or 'Cancel subscription') to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email and retain access to Livestream features until the end of your current billing period.
