Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Your workspace remains active until the end of your current billing period. You and your team retain full access until that date.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Attio's policy states all fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if Attio terminates your account without cause, in which case they refund the unused portion of your paid term.

How do I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

You can reactivate before your billing period ends by returning to Workspace settings > Billing and selecting a plan. If your billing period has already ended and your workspace was deleted, reactivation may not be possible and you would need to create a new workspace.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your data is accessible until the end of the billing period. After that, access is removed. Attio recommends exporting all data before your access expires. If you choose to delete the workspace instead of just canceling, all data is deleted immediately and permanently.

Who can cancel the Attio subscription?

Open Workspace Settings

Log in to Attio at app.attio.com. In the top-left corner, click your workspace name to open a dropdown menu, then select 'Workspace settings'.

Navigate to Billing

In the left sidebar of Workspace settings, click 'Billing'. Note: only workspace admins have access to this section. If you don't see it, you are not an admin.

Export your data (recommended)

Before canceling, export any data you need. Once your billing period ends you will lose access to the workspace entirely. Use Attio's export options to download your records.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation terms

A confirmation dialog appears warning that you and your team will lose access to the workspace at the end of the current billing period. Acknowledge this to proceed.

Provide a cancellation reason

Attio asks you to share your reason for canceling (a feedback step). Select or enter your reason, then click 'Cancel Subscription' to finalize.
