When does my subscription actually end after I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account continues to function normally until that date, then reverts to the Free plan.

Will I get a refund if I cancel early?

No. Hopin's terms state all fees are non-refundable with no prorated refunds for unused time. The only exception is if Hopin itself materially breaches the contract and fails to remedy it.

What happens to my event recordings and data?

Recordings and event data are removed when the paid subscription expires. Per the Global Platform Terms, you have 30 days after the termination date to download or export your content before it is permanently deleted.

What happens to my rolled-over registration credits?

They are permanently and irrevocably deleted upon cancellation. They cannot be recovered even if you resubscribe at a later date.

Can I undo a cancellation before my billing period ends?

Yes. The Stripe billing portal displays a 'Renew plan' button after cancellation, allowing you to reverse it at any time before the effective end date.

Sign in to Hopin

Go to hopin.com and sign in to your account (the site now operates as RingCentral Events).

Open Organization settings

Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner, then select your Organization from the dropdown list.

Go to Manage organization

Click the Profile icon again and select 'Manage organization' from the dropdown menu.

Open the Billing tab

In the Organization Dashboard, click the 'Billing' tab in the left navigation.

Click 'Manage plan'

Click the 'Manage plan' or 'Manage Subscription' button. This opens a Stripe-hosted billing portal in a new view.

Click 'Cancel plan'

Inside the Stripe billing portal, click 'Cancel plan'.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The portal will display your cancellation effective date. A 'Renew plan' button remains visible if you change your mind before the period ends.
