How to Cancel LastPass Teams (2026)

Log in to LastPass Vault
Go to lastpass.com and log in with your admin account credentials (the account that owns the Teams subscription).
Open Account Settings
Click your email address or profile icon in the top-right corner of the vault, then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Subscription tab
In the Account Settings panel, click the 'Subscription' tab (sometimes labeled 'Billing'). Here you'll see your current LastPass Teams plan details and renewal date.
Click 'Cancel Auto-Renewal'
Look for the 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' or 'Cancel Subscription' link next to your plan. Click it to initiate the cancellation flow.
Complete the cancellation survey
LastPass may display a short retention survey asking why you're canceling. Select a reason and click 'Continue' or 'Cancel Subscription' to proceed.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision in the final dialog. You should receive a confirmation email. If no self-service cancel option is visible in the Subscription tab (Teams admin consoles sometimes only show 'Add Licenses'), submit a billing support ticket at support.lastpass.com requesting cancellation of auto-renewal.
