Do I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Cancellation only stops the next annual renewal charge. Your existing credits remain valid and usable until they expire one year from their purchase date. The extension continues working until your credits run out.

What happens to my unused credits when I cancel?

Unused credits are not refunded by default. They stay on your account and can be used until their one-year expiry date. Credits do not carry over to a new plan year if you let the subscription lapse.

Refunds are available within 48 hours of a transaction, provided you haven't used a significant number of credits. If your annual plan renewed accidentally, email help@keywordseverywhere.com within one week for a full refund. There is no self-serve account deletion. Email help@keywordseverywhere.com to request account closure and data deletion. Under GDPR they must honor deletion requests, though their privacy policy states some data may be retained for legal compliance.
