Log in to Coda
Go to coda.io and sign in with your Google account or email.

Open Account Settings
Click your profile picture in the top-left corner of the sidebar and select 'Account settings' from the menu.

Go to Plan and Billing
In Account settings, click the 'Plan' or 'Billing' tab to view your current subscription.

Downgrade to Free
Click 'Downgrade to Free' or 'Cancel plan'. Coda will show what features will be restricted, such as Doc size limits, automations, and custom Packs.

Confirm Downgrade
Confirm the downgrade and review the effective date. Coda sends a confirmation email. You keep your documents β but large docs may become read-only if they exceed free plan limits.
Retention Tips
Before you downgrade, consider that your docs with more than 1,000 rows will become read-only. If your team relies on Coda for live data and automations, this could disrupt your workflows. Would a 1-month trial extension give you time to fully evaluate if Coda is the right fit?
