Go to elevenlabs.io and sign in to your account.

Open subscription settings
Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select 'Subscription' or go to the billing page.

Cancel your plan
Click 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel Plan'. You'll be shown what features and character quota you'll lose.

Confirm cancellation
Complete the cancellation process by selecting a reason and clicking 'Confirm'. Your premium features remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Retention Tips
If you cancel ElevenLabs, you'll lose your monthly character quota for text-to-speech, access to voice cloning, custom voice creation, the API for integration, and higher quality audio output. The free tier has very limited characters per month.
