Go to app.hubspot.com and sign in with a Super Admin account.
Click the settings gear icon in the top navigation, then go to 'Account & Billing' or 'Account Defaults' > 'Billing'.
In the Billing section, find your active subscriptions (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, etc.) and click 'Manage'.
Click 'Cancel subscription' or 'Downgrade'. HubSpot may require you to contact their cancellation team, especially for annual contracts.
Before cancellation, export your CRM contacts, deals, and marketing data. Go to your contacts/deals list and use the 'Export' option.
Complete the cancellation request. If on an annual contract, you may need to wait until the contract end date. HubSpot will send a confirmation email.
Cancelling HubSpot means you'll lose your CRM features beyond the free tier, marketing automation, email sequences, custom reporting, and all paid Hub features. Your CRM data remains on the free plan but with severely limited functionality.
Track all your subscriptions, get cancellation reminders, and find the best deals with Subger.
